I carefully select those I am happy to work with. This means you don't need to waste time with brokers with poor levels of service such as slow turnaround, lack of communication, not offering the amounts you require and low acceptance rate. If a broker receives too many complaints or doesn't deliver repeatedly I wont use them again meaning i'm constantly improving my broker funnel. In addition to this even if we don't get the deal you are looking for I will go out and attempt to get the deal with an alternative broker.
